Sentièl Watches (‘’we’’, ‘’us’’, ‘’our’’) hold a high regard for data protection and privacy. In the following we provide a detailed description of how we treat your data and personal information. Sentièl Watches is the data controller and processor of any personal information you provide us with. By using this site you agree to the processing of the personal information you provide.

What personal data do we process?
We collect data necessary to fulfill our contractual obligation of sending the item(s) to you, e.g. address, name and email address. 

Like many other companies we also collect ‘’log data’’ while you visit our site, e.g. IP-address, behavior on the website (such as which item you look at) and other data that you voluntarily provide. This log data will be deleted after our contract with you comes to an end (the two year warranty period). This data is collected in order for us to see what type of people enjoy our watches, so we can be more effective in our marketing. We will not try to collect data that you or your browser does not voluntarily provide.

The right to erase: you may contact us at any time to delete any personal information that we have stored about you.
